With nearly 20 years of professional acting experience, Timothy Knightley (The Crown, Hanna, Bodyguard, Gomorrah) brings his wealth of knowledge and passion to these classes that will inspire and empower any performer looking to fearlessly tap in to the truth of a character.
Timothy is an Australian born actor living in the UK. He trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and since graduating has worked extensively on stage, television and film. Most recently he has appeared on THE CROWN (Netflix), HANNA (Amazon Studios), BODYGUARD (BBC1) and GOMORRAH (Sky Atlantic). Other T.V includes: THE EVERMOOR CHRONICLES (Disney) and NOT GOING OUT (BBC1).
Stage work includes: LADY WINDERMERE'S FAN (Royal Exchange), ROMEO & JULIET (Tobacco Factory & Tour), THE DISTANCE (Orange Tree & Sheffield Crucible), INTO THE NUMBERS (Finborough Theatre), THE ASHES (Nottingham Playhouse), GOING BUSH (Bush Theatre), RUBEN GUTHRIE (Wimbledon Studios), FUTURE VOICES (Southwark Playhouse) and NATURAL AFFECTION (Jermyn St).
He has dual Irish and Australian citizenship an updated DBS certificate and is a proud member of Equity.
